Prof. Kim Young Min and delegates at Inha University lecture in JU
April 25, a group of 12 delegates headed by Prof. Kim Young Min at Inha University of South Korea visited Jiangsu University and gave two academic lectures in Room 1501 of Sanjiang Building to faculties and students of the University. The lectures given Prof. Kim Young Min and Prof. Kim Kim Yeon are respectively entitled “Characteristics of contemporary South Korea’s public administration” and “Concept and reality of volunteer service—a case study of Namdong District, Incheon Gwang-yeoksi”. After the lectures were delivered, the two speakers answered the questions raised by the audience.
Prof. Kim Young Min is currently working at the Department of Public Administration, the College of Social Sciences, Inha University of South Korea. His research orientations mainly include governmental administration and social welfare. He has headed a number of South Korea’s national research projects and overseas social welfare promotion projects. His publication of monographs adds up to 13. Prof. Kim Kim Yeon is now Director of the Volunteer Service Center of Namdong District of Incheon Gwang-yeoksi, distinguished professor of Inha University and his main research interest is social welfare.
